Hmm chances are it was another troll hence no one bothered to document it.

it was a thing that lasted for a little bit, maybe a month, maybe less. there were a lot back in the day so i understand why it got lost in time lol, but it popped in my head the other day and its bothering me i cant remember her name.
im not sure these people were so much trolls but more so very eager fans that didnt understand vocaloids werent utaus and you couldnt just spontaneously make them lol.

I keep thinking of Stella based on your description, but she didn't have a ponytail. I was on VO from 2010 up until it closed, so if there was a project like that, I would/should have heard about it in passing in later posts.
