Ok, so you have to deactivate a voicebank by using the deactivation tool. You choose which vocal you wanna deactivate and click, well, "deactivate" I'm not too sure about explaining the 3 deactivations, somebody else will have to answer that part

I don't think Miku is THAT high pitched of a vocal. She seems to be medium pitch to me, and i'd say she's deeper than what people let on
