On manbo-p I don't think it's the lack of tuning I think it's in the mix Gumi usually sounds ear gratingly harsh and doesn't sit well in the mix.

Mixing > tuning . I feel like mixing is a more important skill than tuning. You can make it sound as tuned as you want but if you can't mix it right it ruins the song.
