With the ID requirement, I can see the appeal of Vocoflex being limited to experimental projects by professionals. (I.e. voice acting and singing by independents or small companies).

I'm half-expecting an annoucement of an NT V2 (with hopefully the other Cryptonloids) come August. The current version of NT has been consistently stuck in a beta-like state, rather than felt like a finished professional product, and Crypton has been silent on new, huge updates on NT for ages...

I like her voice a lot, but you're right in that her voice type has already been done on SynthV (and on other engines for that matter). The German lyrics in that demo are giving me LIFE tho.

V3 Oliver was quiet as a VB as well, but I couldn't understand the lyrics in the demo either. I'm hoping this is just an issue with his beta bank or a quirk with the tuning in the demo.

I already have Mirai DX on 3DS, but modern ports of the Mirai games would be cool! It would also take out the secondhand market for the 3DS Mirai games, because they're going obscene now.

Looking back, I'm surprised a SynthV port was even attempted, considering how much it focuses on realism. I think even a V6 port could have kept the unrealistic tone of Kafu CeVIO without sounding too close to the real Kaf.

In all fairness, Kamitsubaki shouldn't have opened preorders until Kaf gave the all-clear to the entire Kafu SynthV project.
