The main complaint I'm seeing is that she sounds too flat, but for we know, it could be a case of Yamaha not doing enough tuning. I've noticed Yamaha is similar to Dreamtonics in that they undersell their first party VBs when it comes to demos.

I'm shocked Fuiro is getting shit - you'd think after waiting for so long, the fandom would be cheering on new Vocaloids. Her voice is also rather unique by historic Vocaloid standards, and I'm really glad Yamaha took more cues from the fandom regarding her creation (the contest and all that)...

I was thinking they sounded similar to Nz too, but perhaps a bit less "shouty" in output. Almost like if Nz had a slightly more mellow vocal mode.

I was thinking the rap function could potentially improve the quality of Talkloid videos! It will be interesting to see experimentation with the rap feature beyond its intended purpose.

I dunno why that cover is called a "screamo" remix when there was only one part featuring screaming vocals (and even then, it's not one of the best attempts I've heard with vocal synths). It's still a great hard rock cover though - just not what was advertised lol.

Looking at her design, I thought she was meant to be another VB based on a vtuber. The design is cute, but I find the Izumo project's stated goals slightly odd, as so many banks already cater to otaku culture. I'll keep an eye on this, as Ailis may very well become a throwback to when Vocaloid...

Even though she's pitched up in those demos, I'm impressed Flower still mostly sounds like her Vocaloid self. A lot of producers tend to pitch up her Vocaloid anyway (to the point of sounding cursed moe), so I wasn't completely thrown off by her CeVIO voice.

I still think 9Z needs something like a Soft or Whisper vocal mode, because his base voice sounds like he's constantly shouting all the time. On the other hand, the loudness of his voice is a godsend for louder genres - for a long time, I think hard rock and metal producers have struggled to use...

I must admit, Haru is fast becoming my favourite Kamitsubaki VB, mainly because she doesn't sound as pitch-shifted and "moe-fied" as the other girls. I really like her rap capabilities too, so I hope we get more demos showing that off.
