I have been made aware of an issue where some voicebanks, such as IA V6 couldn't get custom backgrounds due to their editor name not being usable as a windows filename (IA V6 being named "IA :[R]" in editor according to a user).
As such, I've been working on an update that allows the background plugin to load backgrounds either from the voicebank name, either from the voicebank ID, the voicebank ID shouldn't ever use characters unusable as file names so it should always be a usable fallback.

Main updates :
- The background plugin can now load background configs by voicebank id rather than voicebank name. You can now check your current voicebank's name and ID by using the "Plugins > Get current voice info" button.
- The NoAutotune plugin now creates a config file in Documents/Betterloid named NoAutotune.json. This config file allows to tweak all the default settings applied to every new note created on vocaloid 6 as well as the "Plugins > Reset selection's AI tuning" button

As such, the NoAutotune plugin is now no longer just a "robot mode" equivalent, it allows the user to completely tweak how all the notes are created to have complete control over how much autotune they allow Vocaloid 6 to do.
It also gives access to a hidden value vocaloid6 doesn't allow to edit in the UI named "DriftScalingCenter". This parameter is basically affecting the strength of the entire autotune system. it goes from 0 to 100, at 100 the autotune gets out of hand, at 0 it's equivalent to robot mode.
