Funnily enough it seems like Piapro Studio NT is unusable due to the server being down, as it cannot validate the DRM

This is one of those moments I wish we had a facepalm react for posts. (Not at you, obviously, but Crypton for the online DRM. It also raises some concerning questions about what would happen if Piapro NT was ever discontinued).

Let's hope that after this event, they'll add an offline mode (similar of what you can choose on Steam and Xbox Series consoles) in a future update of Piapro NT, because server issues can happen anytime.
Also, it's a good reminder that hacking problems can happen on any website, and where there are lots of customers data, it's more possible. So, it's always good to register to these websites (even Amazon, for example) with a secondary email account and a password different for each website. And when possible, use a charge debit card not linked to your bank account.
edit: even better of offline mode, an option to export your license key as a backup license file, and that can be used offline only on 1 pc at a time. If you change computer, you'll need to import that license file (to avoid piracy, that license could be used maximum 5-10 times, then need to use online again to make a new valid license key). It could be a good thing.

Well, it's a good thing I decided to not get Kaito V3 yet! I hope Crypton can work out whatever's happening...

This is what SynthV2 does, and it works quite well! I do quite like it, but the only problem with this kind of system is that it locks any other computers or even other computer accounts out of using it. When I went to try to show my sibling how to use it a bit ago, it wouldn't work for them because the offline license was locked onto my computer account.

The problem with this is that I have an awful memory, and often forget my passwords if they're all different. Even writing it down doesn't work, because I misplace papers or delete their files to save storage space. But I do get that this is a pretty good solution, however.

I suggest getting a password manager such as Keepass. There are other ones out there but I particularly like this one.

Anyways it is a good thing I backup all of my Vocaloid codes and the emails with them a couple times because it would suck a lot if I had to get into Sonicwire to get a serial and it was impossible due to being offline (my copy of RUBY is attached to my Sonicwire account).
