Question how to make covers w/ sakine meiko??

so ive been kinda curious about how to specifically tune a vocal to sound like "sakine" meiko. ive heard that people often just use rin to mimic the sound but im really not sure where i'd even begin with making rin sound like sakine meiko?? if anyone knows where i could find some kind of like. guide on how to do so or just any kind of lead at all that would be much appreciated

Let me give you my settings for her when I get back home. But generally I find whisper to be the best for sakine meiko
