For some reason, I haven't been able to open vocaverse.net - Registered at Namecheap.com or https://www.vocaverse.net on my computer all day. My phone seems to work, but only in a browser where I had the site open already; if I try in a different browser on my phone, the site doesn't load.

I also checked on Down for Everyone or Just Me. The HTTP address comes back ok, but the HTTPS address is supposedly down. I assume the difference there is that the site probably sends anyone using HTTP to HTTPS?

Edit: Hm, that's interesting--I didn't type the part about "registered at Namecheap" in that first link. I only put
Code:
http://www.vocaverse.net
into the link text and URL.

I can't answer this question, but why are you trying to open vocaverse.net? Neither of those sites load for me on Chrome (desktop). What are they supposed to be? Since VVN is vocaverse.network and VNN is vocaloidnews.net :0

Ah, I'd forgotten about http://www.vocaverse.network and http://www.vocaver.se. I think http://www.vocaverse.net was, at least originally, another domain associated with the site. (There's a post from the site's early days where Kyberal & I mentioned it here--the first link in my post is .net, and the second is .network.) At least until .net stopped working, .network/.se/.net all ended up at .network.

I tried .network and .se, and they both work wherever I use them.

I also had a look at a WHOIS site, and (if I'm understanding it correctly), it looks like the .net WHOIS record got updated on 3/5/2021 (in some time zone or other). It's currently associated with namecheap somehow.

So, I'm guessing we used to own the .net domain also, but it lapsed and was purchased by namecheap or someone.

It doesn't make too much difference to me--I can just use the .network or .se domains--but that's what I'd guess happened.

Thanks to everyone for your help!
