that's not what i meant .. I meant literally like make. Like you and some friends, forming a company, go up to Yamaha with like $15,000 or smth and say, "hey can I make a VOCALOID6 Voicebank"

If you count VoiSona, then yeah, I do like it. More literally, I used the trial a really long time ago and the old free version which doesn't have very many features.
