Where to find English User Word Dictionaries?

I've been looking for a user word dictionary for Oliver but no matter what I search I find nothing.

Yep. I want to know where to find a file for it.

Usually, Vocaloids that have custom dicgionaries just come with them, like Gumi Eng and Cyber Diva. I don’t know if anyone has made one for Oliver, you’d have to either make your own or do some extreme digging to try finding one.

To my knowledge, Oliver doesn't have a specific custom dictionary. I know he and Avanna have very similar voice types and dictionaries, so if you can find one for Avanna it'll probably apply to Oliver. If you need to know what phonemes you can use, though, there's a full list on the Vocaloid Wiki.
