I think Sukone Tei is pretty beginner friendly! (I'm not biased, I swear. I used her a lot even as a complete beginner with no idea what I was doing and the results weren't too shabby! X'D)
Outside of her, I don't know--she and Teto are the only banks I used extensively!

I second Renri. Also, if you want to try CVVC Anna Nyui is very good.(She has some VCV vbs as well)

I would recommend Ryone Yami and Nurse Robot Type T. They are not very hard to work with, and have a lot of different appends, so you’re not stuck to one sound
