in general, any paid software has its own terms of service which gives you the license to use the software on your pc, but not modify it. when you buy a software, you buy the license to use it, but you don't own it and you are not allowed to modify the code and share it with others.
so yes, is not legal at all, and a company can win a lawsuit pretty easily.

Thank you for the info, i see these kind of content a lot lately. I'm not sure that it is vocal morph or AI but title on the video said it's AI. It is true or not. I don't know.

yeah, regardless of What it is (either of not it is that vocal morph kind of thing, or recreation of a full voicebank) itll all end up illegal/against TOS in the end. not sharing and keeping to yourself obviously wont lead to much, but i feel like the more people do it/post it online, and the more its normalize, the more likely it is that itll turn into a problem tbh. i am not exempt to shady actions in the vein of breaking TOS (having made things like utaus out of character like sonic the hedgehog) but its something to keep in mind even if no one seems to have gotten in 'trouble' yet
