@M1023 I found about the error on microsoft blog. It is error 1609, as reported:

"Open Command Prompt (cmd.exe) as administrator and type or copy/paste:

net localgroup /add "Authenticated Users"


Then click the "Retry" button or run the installation file again."

try to right click the setup and select "run as administrator"
also check if your main user is administrator and turn off all User Account Control settings (from Control Panel - Users)
and try to install it in a different directory, example c:vocaloid, because program files directory has more privileges and these kind of errors can happen..

and authenticared users I should add my user name right?

There shouldn’t be a need to put in your username for that and you will probably need to open command prompt as an administrator.
Edit: I see your new comment. Did you try it as an admin?

So two things to try:
1. Try command prompt again but put in: net localgroup /add “BUILTIN”
2. Create a new user to do the install. Make a user called BUILTIN.

The problem seems to be that you don’t have a user with that name on your pc. (Forgot to post this)

That seems to be the solution for a similar issue with a different program. Just need it for installation.

You might want to make it an admin access local user account just to be safe.

@WyndReed the Builtin folder already exist I don't know how to go there to create folder called users

It was to create a new user account on your computer and then installing the software while logged into that user account.
