anyways musiclab has great guitar vsts and if you pair that with guitar rig youre pretty much set. musiclab's guitars now have their own amp options built in but i really suggest guitar rig or similar (but for more free options, hardcore works well). i use reallpc a lot and this is what it sounds like next to a real guitar!

I think I've had someone encourage me to learn to sing when I told them I did Vocaloid production, but I think using vocal synths is its own skill separate from singing, really.

Technically, this is kinda of similar to the IA problem, so I can kinda see where they're coming from. Although I think it's everything up to you and you only, I don't see problem in learning an instrument too. It must be fun! ^3^

i definitely hope to learn an instrument in time too! i would actually like to play guitar, and especially piano (since itd be more useful for stuff like making midis). i also see things like vocal synths as their own instrument entirely and luckily most ppl i know i have convinced to see that too... its a shame ppl still take instrument vsts as not good when you still use vsts for synths.... how about you go get a whole ass modular synth instead of those tiny synth vsts for all those electronic sounds then??

@AmazingStrange39 The AI problem is a point that the art community always brings up, saying that the art you're doing with AI isn't really yours. Sorry, I wrote IA, but it's AI XD It's because in my mother language we say Inteligência Artificial (IA), not Artificial Inteligency (AI), so I messe things up a little bit XD

@morrysillusion No problem, you don't have to justify yourself to anyone. If I made songs by now I would surely use Vsts too.

If IA is your acronym for AI, it must've been kinda funny when the Vocaloid IA came out.

With IA AI we have the best of both worlds :P
