What were they even doing for your resume to end up all torn and crumpled??

That's my question! I had them in a folder on my bookshelf. My guess is they were digging for something behind my bookshelf, which is how my Vocaloids and my resumes fell onto the floor, and they just kinda trampled over everything after that.

Aaw that sucks, if I understood correctly they're just kids right? How did anyone let them trash the house like that?

Yeah, I can't be too mad; they're itty bitty. But my mom's notorious for leaving her kids to their own devices just so she can have some time to herself. (She did the same thing with me and my brother growing up.) So, basically, it's up to me to make sure everything's locked down, and then it's also my job to clean up after them once all's said and done. I'd forgotten she was having friends over, so I forgot to lock everything down.

I would have been so mad and miserable! *Hugs Kaito and Kiyoteru*

If you leave again you should put your Vocaloids and resumes in the closet in the high self or in your drawer for further protection. :arsloid_ani_lili:

I don't have a closet or drawers. I just fold my clothes and put them in the storage room I usually sleep in. 😅 Still, maybe my mom would let me commandeer her closet for that purpose next time... I managed to get the dent out of Gakupo's box, and I've got a heavy book shoved into it to try and smooth out the wrinkles. But I'd love for this specifically to not happen again.

There are storage boxes you can get that might help you out with this. I had a trunk in college that was somewhat similar to this: wheeled trunk. I don't know how much stuff you need to protect, but it sounds like at least the stuff you mentioned that got molested would easily fit inside one of these; I'm sure there are bigger ones, too, if you needed them. This one even has wheels, so it would help with moving your stuff around if you ever needed to. For the price of one or two chests/padlocks, you might find it a good investment to avoid feeling like this again.

The hell? Your sister should get into at least some kind of trouble. That's expensive and important stuff. She wouldn't like it if you ripped up and damaged her things. I don't care that she's 8, she needs to be taught some responsibility. My 8-year-old sister isn't allowed to break things without consequences.

I hate kids. Can't stand em, won't ever have em. Euch.

Although ofc you might love kids and so on, and I'm sure you love your little sister. But I feel your frustration. Hang in there!!
