Question Are there any synths designed for metal besides Maiko Hakaine?

I'm a massive metalhead and because of that I really love vocametal. Unfortunately, vocaloid covers of most metal songs are hard to come by, let alone original metal songs. Maiko is the only one I know whose VCV is made with only false chord and fry scream samples. Any suggestions? they can be Utau or other free synths since synthV, Vocaloid, and Cevio are not known for that level of experimentation from what I have seen.

I know you ruled out SynthV, but in my opinion by far the best vocal synth for metal is HXVOC! He's designed for rock and metal, and able to pull off intense screams. Here're some examples of him:
