Her design is reminding me a lot of the girl in "Needy Streamer Overdose", KAngel.
But more, yellowish and preppy with that jacket. Did they already give her lore or background? The videos on Leur's twitter also reminds me alot of the game's pixelated interface. Really Retro!

Voisona banks always sound nice tbh. CeVIO really went from clown show to a standout contender, in my eyes. Even if they're usually the waifu engine that's too cutesy for me, they're still like? Good sound. Leur sounds really nice!

A sentient Y2K virus is a really cool premise for a character, very Keramon-esque, but... if you took those icons off her sleeve, there is absolutely nothing about her design that indicates that concept. Rather bad character design then by that metric.
Her concept and hair accessories are adorable but they should have went all in and actually use a 2000s anime art style. And yeah I don't really get "sentient y2k virus" from her if you took the hair accessories and jacket away. Something like the old school Mosaic.wav character designs would have been ideal.
If they did that I would actually be interested in maybe buying her since her voice is kinda eh to me.
