Does anyone know of a physical copy of Luka V4X for less than $160? I really want a physical copy, but they are very expensive on eBay and everywhere else only has digital download or is out of stock. Thanks!

You can get her off of Amazon Japan. Even with shipping she should still be less than $160 because of the current JPY exchange rate, but you might still get hit with tariffs. This site says that it should be ok if your package is under $800 and you don’t get multiple packages within a short timeframe.
