I'm not sure about a list that exists already, but I do know that another one is Zola Project, although their ExVoices do not come with their voicebank, they are separate downloads on the internet.
As for other vocal synths, Solaria comes with a small ExVoice pack and I usually don't see this mentioned.

Avanna has 44 breaths, does that count? Long inhales, short inhales, sharp inhales/gasps, exhales/sighs...

Merli comes with them, so Lapis might as well. I think some of the AHS vocas might, but I’m not positive.

They do. I found a wiki page that lists the AH-Software ones specifically because I wasn't sure which ones myself. ExVOICE

The one above only lists voice materials explicitly branded as "exVOICE". It's a page I worked on for a few days and it should have all of the "exVOICE" that were bundled with commercial synths.
Here are the other pages that have voice material, one for those branded as "Pitagoe" and one with no branding/generic branding.

Overall, these should be close to all of the additional voice materials released by any commercial synth/related-to-commercial-synth.
