Hah! Playing this in-game, I never expected to hear a competent synth cover of it. It's insane, the strides SynthV has been making

Having a unique traditional style of singing packaged with a modern pop voice is the perfect way for companies to add new genres and cater to their existing audience at the same time!

By reducing the risk that comes from putting all your eggs in one basket, voice colours could be an awesome means of encouraging companies to explore unusual voicetypes; and those who pick up Feng Yi for her pop vocals might find themselves appreciating a traditional singing style they wouldn't have otherwise considered. I hope we get more voicebanks like her in future!

Her voice timbre is gorgeous, and I love that she has a Pekin Opera vocal mode. Combining 100% Power and 20% Opera vocal modes can create a great tone for EDM, power pop and pop rock as well. I might get her eventually; I wonder how she'd sound in MuryokuP's songs.
