mm.. I don't know chinese (since those are BiliBili goods and most of their tweets are in chinese), but according to translation, it's official artwork of new series of goods illustrated by japanese artist まのでまりな:
I think those artworks will be good for some acrylic stand, keychain, file folders, posters, wall scrolls or paper theater, maybe available later on AmiAmi or other online shops ^-^ a figure is also possible, usually Good Smile Company take care of most popular illustrations of BiliBili goods(●'◡'●)
