in case you're wondering, Aomori prefecture's apples are the most famous and delicious of Japan *^-^* apple juice (ringo juice) and apple candies are very popular in Aomori 
(and let's learn one more japanese word today: Aomori means blue forest, from Aoi->blue and Mori->forest (●'◡'●)
Those are some high-class apple juice containers! (In the US, I've only seen apple juice in big plastic jugs or in plasticized cardboard juice boxes.) I kind of want one, just for the bottle (well, more the art)....

you're right ^^ mm also in Japan apple juices and other juices are sold in cardboard boxes, but for premium brands or limited products, they prefer to use the glass, think like the glass bottle Coca Cola, is more rare than the can or the plastic bottle ^^
and for Snow Miku 2020 there was some limited strawberry taste milk in small cute cardboard box as well, it was delicious

Her hair! It's the color of cotton candy! Or the bi pride flag, though that might just be my bias. She's so pretty 
I love love love the hair of that figure and the face, but I'm not sure if I'm sold on the outfit. Especially because the tie feels....so out of place. I still might end up getting her because that hair is stunning.
Yamashita ver. Miku has a great hair sculpt and paintjob, and her legs are possibly among the most beautiful of all Miku figures, but the outfit design isn't that great in my opinion. For me the biggest reason not to buy her is the face, it's style is just not quite my cup of tea. Though I have to say the final product looks better than I expected (or feared).

I basically agree with this. This is a gorgeous figure in the uber-detailing, hair, and outfit, but I just don't think I'll get past the face. I think it looks improved from the earlier, unpainted images, but it just doesn't look like her face to me.

Anyway, the description doesn't mention if it's comes put together or not (read everything 3 times to make sure). I think the part you are misinterpreting as being "complete" comes from this:
仕上がる shi-agaru = complete (verb), but 仕上がり shi-agari = noun version of it (I translated it to "end-result" because of grammar... things).
They say that this image is a work in progress, so the final product might be a bit different.
All the assembly scale figures require is just attaching the figure on the base and on Miku figures the twintails are usually separate. What little assembly they require is straight-forward snap in place.
