My new cover is on track to come out January 1st! Gonna try to make a pretty video but I might cop out and just use the original depending on how it goes haha.
my friend says hes willing to give me his old pc, its missing a few parts but getting those will be cheaper than a whole new one lol...im so excited, ill finally have proper equipment for music production and for more voicebanks !

in my last journal post i posted about wanting to get way more involved in my creative hobbies this year, and on top of that i just generally want to get my life together, so im gonna try bullet journaling this year! most usually whenever i try to keep a journal/diary/planner/agenda i never follow through with it, but im hoping that the artsy-creative side of bullet journaling will entice me to actually use it

i got 3 new miku figures today! the actually came awhile ago but i just got to open them today...here r my ratings
1. giant calne ca
Ive wanted her forever, she was my "holy grail" figure. I saw her online at the beginning of the year for sale for once (shes always out of stock sniff) and i was EXCITE so i splurged and got her...she was...200 dollars...
Her box is absolutely gorgeous and so high quality. The actual figure....is pretty. There are some paint scuffs here and there which I usually dont mind but since she was expensive im kinda :/ about it
Overall, I was mostly PISSED about what a monstrosity this was to assemble. every single piece of her fell apart every chance it could get. shes still not technically on her stand all the way because when i try to put the little piece that connects to her hair in, her head falls off and wont go back on and im MAD ABOUT IT
but overall, she is stunningly beautiful and perfectly matches that creepy body horror cockroach aesthetic i enjoy. she is the figure ive had my eyes on for the longest and she is my most prized item of my collection. im just salty that she took so long to put together. 10/10
2. Sakura miku jump
TAITO!!! WHAT IS UR QUALITY CONTROL
those pigtail holes were not meant to fit the pigtails. i tried wiggling them in so gently but instead they BROKE. the stems of the cherrys snapped off and the peg to put the twintail in snapped too. i glued the stems back on. i pulled the piece of the broken peg out with some sewing supplies and gently wiggled the remaining piece of the peg in...it technically worked, though her pigtail isnt very stable now since theres only half a peg holding it in.
this figure has a beautiful stand and a beautiful concept, but imo isnt worth the price. she has a standard taito prize figure paint job and sculpt but for more $$$ than usual, and it just kinda leads to disappointment. like yeah shes pink and adorable, but for just a little more i could have gotten a much higher quality figure. and for the price i really expected the pieces to fit together better, but they really did not want to cooperate with me. however shes my first sakura miku figure (i accidently bought a bootleg sakura miku fig years ago and was so sad when i found out she was fake because i wanted a pink miku...now i have a real pink miku) so i am happy. she is super super cute too, just oddly expensive for what she is and the assembly made me want to rip my hair out 7/10
3. miku 2019 kimono racing figure
This figure took me 2 minutes to assemble and is therefore my favorite atm because the other two took TOO LONG
no complaints. she was very affordable but her quality is great. she was super easy to assemble, everything fit together great, her paint is beautiful, her stand is this charming glittery hot pink, her outfit is pretty. shes one of those figures i kinda just put into my cart because she was cheap and pink and i have a huge quantity > quality problem in my collection... but what can i say, prize figures are getting really good these days. 8/10 -
