Alright, here are mine...this went from a few to ALL the publicly released Vocaloids. As you'd expect, this took hours. Some of them are really long, some of them are really short.
Despite popular belief, Miku is actually quite kind and friendly off-stage, if usually a bit socially awkward. She can be ditzy, forgetful and scatterbrained but she has genius-level IQ. She is not necessarily a vegetarian but she does like vegetables; especially, of course, leeks, and her favorite drink is indeed vegetable juice. She started out having the worst English of the Cryptonloids and would freeze up during interviews if asked to speak English, but from her English voicebank onward her English has been fast improving; she has actually grown to like her own accent despite having insecurities about it for a while. She speaks conversational Chinese and considers Chinese easier than English, but she would say she likes English better and she puts more effort into it. She never swears unless a song forces her to. She is closest with the other Cryptonloids and Gumi but at least tries to get along with everyone else.
Luka is smart, sisterly and introverted with a bit of a weakness for making bad jokes, which Rin and Len groan at but Miku loves. People assume she's promiscuous because of her curvaceous form and some outfits she has that er...complement it, but she's actually quite modest offstage. She loves coffee and true to popular belief, surf over turf anytime. She has a near-native English level, though she does insist it's bad at times and she used to hate her own accent. She had a crush on Kaito for a while but truly believes he's meant for Meiko; she is very close friends with Miku and Kaito.
Dare I say Kaito is even more of a skilled dad-joker than Luka. He is fluent in English despite his thick accent, and just as skilled with terrible puns in his second language. He's very good natured and has a bit of a "puppy" personality. He has a serious side but sometimes Rin and Len especially can't tell he's joking. He's terrible with getting girls to the point he was lucky Meiko approached him, even if she kneed him in the stomach the first time she saw him. He is also very affectionate with Miku and acts like a "dad" to Rin and Len.
Meiko is the "mom friend" of the group, generally more serious and realistic than the others, though she laughs at Kaito's jokes. She enjoys drinking but isn't the comical drunkard the fandom commonly portrays her as. (I like to think someone saw her sipping sake, a bit tipsy, and had a field day with it, lol.) She likes nonfiction books. She has a good level of English but doesn't speak it as often as the others. She likes Kaito.
Rin is energetic, boisterous and a bit brash and hotheaded. She has the attention span of a toothpick but is fiercely loyal and protective. She says she's better at English than Len but Len is actually better, though Rin is better with casual speech. Despite her hot temper she is also very sweet and friendly. She hates singing horror songs and loves rock, especially punk-rock.
Len is the introvert to Rin's extrovert. He is a bit withdrawn and smug, with sarcastic tendencies. He is protective of his sister and affectionate toward Miku. He has a tendency to try to act tough and at times he actually is tougher than he feels he is. He doesn't like his accent but Miku insists he has better English than her; he and Rin are more self-taught than the others. His favorite type of music is acoustic. He swore for a while but he's grown out of the habit, which was really just to make him seem cool and mature.
Gumi is extroverted but fairly mellow and laid-back, despite her abundance of "hardcore" songs. She likes singing like a human. Her English level is practically native and at times you could swear she was American; she has come in to help Miku and the twins with their English at times. She likes making jokes and is a fan of cartoons. Somehow she speaks Japanese smoothly but stutters a bit in English. She speaks fluent Tagalog and eagerly awaits the day she gets a Filipino voicebank.
Avanna is calm, kindhearted and honest, and is one of the more humble and down-to-earth Vocaloids. She is a devout Catholic and unironically considers St. Patrick her patron saint. She was a bit weirded out by the use of her natural singing voice to portray robots but now she loves it and plays along. She can speak Irish Gaelic. The aforementioned robot thing has gotten her into sci-fi and she loves retro anime. She also wonders why more people don't say "amn't" and is confused when people insist it's improper grammar. She refuses to believe she's a legal adult. She is friends with Hatsune Miku and they bond over anime. She is also good friends with Oliver and serves as his "big sister."
Nana really does speak Gumi levels of English, despite her accent being laughable to some, and she considers it her favorite language to speak and sing in. She adores the US and seizes every chance she gets to go there, and she longs for a dual citizenship. When she met Miku she worked with her on her English skills and taught her some key words.
IA puts on a sassy front at times but she's actually quite mild-mannered. She's fluent in English and completely comfortable with the language; she can fit in in the West quite well. Her full name is Aria; IA is her nickname. She is the mellower one between her and her little sister ONE.
<this sprite pretty much sums up Yohioloid's personality. His native language is Swedish and his fluency in Japanese and English is pretty much equal. When he first met Miku he often lightheartedly jabbed at her English accent and really, he still does.
Fukase is flamboyant and showy, and yes, that's his real personality. He is friendly and boisterous and loves to make jokes, both verbal and practical. He speaks British English and is secretly fluent in Cockney Rhyming Slang, which he sometimes speaks with Oliver, whom he thinks of as a little brother. He is a MASSIVE fan of Owl City and rants about him to Oliver on hangout nights. He also gets along well with Len and has a one-sided crush on Miku. He despises coffee and swears people will try to force-feed him some when they're only offering, but he likes black tea.
Oliver is very smart for his age and his favorite food group is grains; unsurprisingly, he also loves tea. He has heterochromia and is blind in his left eye; he actually sees better with the bandages on. He speaks with an RP accent because he learned how to, but his natural accent is closer to Cockney and it comes out when he's excited or angry or alone with Fukase. He looks up to Miku and gets along well with Fukase and Avanna. He knows an extensive amount of alternative "cuss" words- Miku bust a gut when he screamed "SON OF A MOTHERLESS GOAT" within earshot once.
Mayu plays up her insanity because people like it. She actually isn't as obsessive and murderous as she seems- she's actually never killed anyone for real and she's not above admitting that; it's always props and fake blood.
Cyber Diva and Cyber Songman shiptease constantly. It infuriates Ruby to no end- "JUST KISS ALREADY!" The three hang out often. Ruby is also a proud New Yorker. Cyva loves modern pop and suffers from "resting b*** face" but is friendlier than she seems, and Cyman is a fan of disco and funk who is quite low-key and polite.
Dex has a lot of heart and is fun to be around, but he is also incurably (yet somewhat lovably) dense. Daina is sassy and likes to whine about putting up with Dex, but she really does feel affection for him. The two are sweethearts. Dex likes Miku but Daina is somewhat jealous of her. They get along with Ruby.
Big Al and Sweet Ann are some of the most madly in love of any two Vocaloids. They're married and consider Oliver like a son to them. Sometimes they still call each other Jodie and Ronie. Ann actually hates Australian food and Al loves it. Al is from the Midwest. He enjoys hanging out with the younger Vocaloids, while Ann prefers an older circle of friends.
Sonika speaks British English but is more casual than Oliver. She is incredibly friendly, cheerful and optimistic and considers everyone her friend- even those who don't necessarily like her, but she is especially close with her Zero-G "family.". She has been a bit downcast about the missed opportunity for a V4 but nothing gets this Vocaloid down!
The Zola Project is made up of an inseparable group of friends who decided to start a band. They wish they had a TV show to chronicle their adventures but unfortunately that hasn't happened so far. WIL is quiet and wise, YUU is sickly-sweet and somewhat childish, and KYO is friendly and a good leader.
Kokone is a talented singer but also incredibly shy. She is very sweet and affectionate with those she is comfortable with and is also very polite. She is close friends with Gumi (some suspect they're in some way related) and lives a bit in her shadow, but doesn't mind not being in the spotlight.
Gakupo takes his samurai duties very seriously. He speaks formally and is the only Vocaloid to unironically refer to himself as "ware", an archaic personal pronoun. Some people say he thinks he's a samurai, and that's not entirely true...he knows he's a samurai. He is friends with Kaito, who sort of serves as the Sancho to his Don Quixote.
Leon and Lola still sing at clubs and restaurants. Lola doesn't mind her accent slipping once in a while, and Leon likes disco grooves almost as much as soul music. They are somewhat intrigued by the very different nature of the newer Vocaloids. Leon is Black but leukistic, hence why he is often portrayed as blonde. Leon is a Daft Punk fan. And yes, though they've retired as popular singers, they are still alive and still working in music.
Miriam is on the serious and realistic side and has a habit of looking down upon the more "amateur" Vocaloids. She is a bit moody and depressive but she is friendly with Leon and Lola.
Prima is filthy rich but far from filthy in nature. She enjoys the high life and is a fan of theater, especially, you guessed it, operas. She is a bit of a perfectionist and a clean freak but is also pleasant and polite in demeanor.
SF-A2 miki might be a robot in appearance, but if you knew her only by her personality you probably couldn't tell! She's very cheery and tends toward cutesy mannerisms. She's friends with pretty much everyone in the AH-Soft lineup. She likes to be the teacher's aid to Kiyoteru.
Kiyoteru is a kind and well-meaning but stern teacher, and Yuki's favorite tutor; he also performs in a band which he often invites Yuki to come watch. Yuki is cheerful, sweet, and very smart; she is especially good at math. She calculated the height and weight of a couple of apples and compared them to her own size herself! She gets along well with Oliver and is also friends with Ryuto. She can speak English (a reference to the amount of English content with her), as can Kiyoteru (a reference to his voice provider speaking English); it has been speculated that Kiyoteru taught her.
Tonio is a theater buff much like Prima and a martini connoisseur. He is proud of his deep, strong voice and is constantly trying to impress Prima, who is unaware he is trying to impress her- it's like an opera in real life!
Lily is very strong willed and doesn't mind showing some skin in outfits. She is a fan of loud rock music and acts as the "cool big sis" in the Internet Co. lineup. She can speak English despite her lack of an English voicebank.
VY1 is a bit of a recluse and rarely shows her face in public, but she has real talent and records from her home studio. She is more introverted and independent than afraid of her own appearance, and doesn't seek out the spotlight. She uses a fan as a symbol for herself. Those who know her know her as a young lady named Mizuki.
Gachapoid, or Ryuto, is a kindergartener that Yuki often babysits and befriends. He is contagiously cheerful and curious about the world around him, though he isn't above roughhousing and sometimes play-fights with Yuki against her will.
Iroha loves two things: cute things, and rock 'n' roll. She also has a love for traditional Japanese aesthetics. Despite this, she actually has an almost comically serious personality and rarely smiles.
Piko has a quiet and cool-headed personality; some assume he is depressed or irritable, but he's actually just low-key and inexpressive. He does have an aggressive side but it's rarely shown unless he's really angry. He is disappointed that he recently lost his job, but he still goes around singing. He can speak English and is a bit bitter about never having received an English voicebank.
VY2 is somewhat of a recluse like VY1 and one of her only IRL friends, though he is a bit more extroverted than she is and branches out more. He is a young man named Yuuma who likes to take requests and showcase his talent online. He has a friendly, open-minded personality.
Mew is often thought of as a "crazy cat lady" but despite her love for her one cat, she is quite sane. She is soft-spoken and polite and likes to draw self-portraits in her signature black-and-white style. Her real name is Miu.
SeeU, real name Siyu, is known to be a bit of a snob who hides her less pleasant side as to not damage her reputation. However, after her voice provider went to jail, she was greatly humbled as her reputation crumbled. She is known to have a goofy side and fittingly enjoys both listening to and singing K-pop. Her cat ears are her favorite possession. She speaks Japanese rather well and considers it an easy language.
Rion is from the future but greatly enjoys the past and has decided to stay there; is it strange to feel nostalgic for the future? She is a fan of anime, especially "moe" shows like K-On. She likes to be a maid but didn't have anyone to serve for a long time, so she worked for herself until settling into the household of Yumemi Nemu.
CUL is brash, hotheaded and aggressive. She is fiercely loyal and protective to those she's grown to trust, which aren't many. Shounen hero much? Well, she'd love to be one!
Yukari is mellow, soft-spoken and a bit sleepy, but cheerful nonetheless. She likes electronic music and is surprisingly fond of rock. She is also a clear and eloquent speaker and likes anime and video games.
Bruno considers himself a gentleman and is a true "Latin lover", flirting excessively with Clara even after getting with her. Clara often teases him and laughs when he gets offended. Clara is studying English while Bruno is trying but is a bit lazy about it.
Lapis is incredibly sugary-sweet and a bit of a cloud-cuckoolander. She enjoys electronic music and wandering in the forest, and she almost never forgets to count sheep before going to bed (a reference to the sheep-counting app); if she does, it bothers her for a long time.
The Vsingers all have very elaborate canonical personalities, but I can imagine them to be a pretty tight-knit bunch. Moke reacts aggressively to being mistaken for a girl, but Yanhe is fairly cool about being taken to be a boy. Qingxian admires Luka and Tianyi doesn't mind working alongside Miku, though she considers herself the superior teen idol.
Galaco, true to her concept, is a bit spacey and mysterious. She doesn't emote much and often looks spaced out; thankfully, her second-most-common expression is a smile. It's speculated that she may really be an alien princess, which she doesn't say anything about, but some of her mannerisms are quite...odd, to say the least.
MAIKA is a gifted polyglot, but Castilian Spanish is her native and favorite language. She is an ambivert, and her personality is equally as dual-sided; she is respectful but not above playing or supporting pranks, kind but unafraid of teasing others, withdrawn but outgoing. She likes her accent in other languages and doesn't really make an effort to reduce it.
Merli doesn't get along well with her sister Lapis most of the time, but she doesn't outright hate her. She is on the aggressive side and rarely smiles, and likes the reaction when people see her true personality in contrast to her delicate figure.
Anon and Kanon get along fairly well with each other; Anon is soft-spoken and shy while Kanon is more outgoing and hotheaded. Kanon considers herself the fashionable one while Anon is considered the pretty one.
Flower is quiet and unemotional and rarely smiles. She is a rocker and acknowledges it; she is uncomfortable singing many other genres. She speaks English and hangs out with Len, Piko and Fukase a lot; those who observe them note their occasional goofy interactions and call them the "Meme Squad." She doesn't mind her rise in popularity and is fine with showing off her talent to people. She enjoys screaming and shouting when she sings despite her quiet and blunt appearance and is fairly unfazed when people mistake her for a boy, though she isn't above correcting them.
Zunko is overly friendly and has cutesy, saccharine mannerisms. She is somewhat greedy and attention-seeking but means well. She is exceptionally skilled at making her favorite food, Zunda mochi, and enjoys sharing with with others. She is patriotic about the Tohoku region and affectionate toward her sisters, Itako and Kiritan.
Rana is tomboyish and energetic and hates being compared to Miku, though she doesn't mind the girl herself. She gets along with Otomachi Una and they watch anime together. She is less antagonistic toward the concept of subscriptions than some and would gladly pay monthly for something. She can be somewhat unpredictable. On a random note, she is aware that her name means "frog" in Spanish and is perfectly OK with being called a frog.
Chika is, as her name might imply to a punny enough mind, quite chic. She has a passion for fashion and art and spends immense amount of times styling outfits. She is an introvert but not necessarily shy, more reserved and withdrawn than anything else.
Hua is a sweet, mellow student. She tends to do her homework at school so she has more free time and has gotten in trouble for bursting into song during class- she can't help it, she loves to sing! She is somewhat distant from the mainland Chinese Vocaloids and has recently started hanging out with a fellow Taiwanese singer, SynthV AiKO. She has a good level of Japanese.
Sachiko is much older than she looks, and is a very traditional sort. She thinks of herself as a "grandma" to the other Vocaloids and takes pride in her powerful, natural voice. She sometimes tries to teach other Vocaloids to sing like her and is a somewhat doting person.
Arsloid has a goofy personality and rarely takes himself too seriously. He sometimes flirts just to flirt, with no intention of getting the girl, and likes to play practical jokes and fool around. He gets along well with Fukase.
Kohaku and AKAZA are polar opposites, despite having the same voice. Kohaku is rash, boisterous and loud and very much an extrovert, while AKAZA is a mysterious, silent and serious introvert. They are related to one another.
Stardust is spacey and a bit of a cloud-cuckoolander. She has a bit of a dark side exemplified in her "MINUS" voicebank. She takes a lot of inspiration from Hatsune Miku, hence the similar hairstyle.
Una has two sides to her personality- one is childish, outgoing and a bit aggressive, the other is sweet and a bit shy. She loves anime to the point that she often reenacts it and is amazing at putting on an "anime voice"; she loves covering anime songs as well, especially the cutesy slice-of-life anime songs.
A bit refreshing after SeeU, UNI is sweet, good-natured, and even-tempered; I almost see her representing the "cute" side of K-pop girl groups to SeeU's "edgy" side. She considers herself to be a bit like the strawberry milk she loves so much.
Nemu is fairly even-tempered and introverted and loves anime, especially the anime animated by KyoAni. She was surprised to find Tone Rion asking for a job from her, but doesn't mind her company and has actually befriended her, though she occasionally urges her maid to take a break, especially if she can let HER do the work sometime.
Azuki and Matcha were the stars of their own games so they technically already have canonical personalities, but...some of their favorite foods contain the ingredients in their names, and they were very excited at the prospect of getting their own commercial voicebanks. "We're not limited to haikus anymore? :D"
LUMi is calm, collected and benevolent, except around her enemy, ViNO, where she becomes more stern and bitter. So far she's a bit distant from the other Vocaloids, except Una, whom she's almost developed a mother-daughter bond with.
Akari is quite hyperactive and smiley and a bit on the clumsy side. She is friendly with all the other AHS characters and has made no real enemies. She is very optimistic and uppity.
Mirai is cheerful and affable, and she is also a gamer who almost exclusively plays Bandai Namco titles. She loves pop music. She bonds with Mew over cats and Gumi over carrots.
Ken is a quiet and polite young man who likes reading and watching Japanese dramas. Kaori is a bit more outgoing and puts a lot of thought into her appearance, and she likes going out.
Chris is friendly but a bit awkward and kind of a shy extrovert, which drives him a bit crazy because he's afraid of people but he needs them; Amy is very extroverted and likes to sing powerfully.
Sora is an amiable and gentle young woman who likes to dress up and be extravagant. She is a stage singer.
Hime and Mikoto are "siblings" in a way, twins even, having come from the same plum tree. Hime loves cute things and food, and Mikoto often chastises her for eating sweets. They sort of act as a "boke and tsukkomi" or "funnyman and straight man" in a way, though not necessarily in a super-exaggerated way. My idea is that they are both sexless but "girls", almost like Gems from Steven Universe. (it would be funny if they had the opposite personalities you'd expect but eh, i think i'd rather go with something more fitting)
