Sorry that I didn't clarify, but by getting "development version rikka" u r not getting furimomen nor the ahs support code. If u need support for ur rikka, u'd need to just say that you have a "development version rikka"

He's only usually bundled with AHS/Very-closely-related-to-AHS characters. AKA Shuo and Ririse would have him, as well as (assumedly) Haruno Sora, Maki, Rikka + other Tokyo6 girls, and any other AHS-owned IP character (Miki, Kiyoteru, Yuki, Kou, jamBAND) if they were to potentially get a VOICEPEAK.

Characters like Zunko, Kiritan and Itako (who are owned by SSS LLC), Seika (owned by Seika Town) and Jashin-chan do not have frimomen bundled with them.

Her name is Moca Miyamai, she has a pleasant soft voice (but like, more on the whispery side than regular soft), it's a nice in-between slight mature and moe tone and overall, she loves cats

She is voiced by Mayu Mineda judging by the links they referenced to ; also it seems Moca may have an account ?
