The art is also giving SynthV2 Teto, which by extension is giving DDLC Monika. So, by the Transitive Property, Remmant is giving DDLC Monika. I'm not sure I like this comparison, but I have to say it if nobody else will.

Ah darn, you beat me to it! I was LITERALLY just about to post this! Although, it looks like a country vocal. I don't much care for Country music, but for anyone who does I'm happy for them.

I just realized something regarding the Tone Chroma colors. Currently we have only one voice per color, so I'm assuming that there will be more of each. but I was thinking, and I thought "What could the other voices of each color be that people would want to buy them?" Then I realized, they're probably doing two to three voices per color: one male, one female, and maybe one closer to androgynous. I'm still uncertain about the androgynous voices, seeing as we haven't had one at all in any of the Tone Chroma colors yet.

Also, they did confirm plans to develop a feminine rock vocal in the future. But it was easy to miss since it was at the very bottom of the comment section under Remmant’s first showcase LOL. I hope there will be more androgynous voices though :)
im thrilled to have a voice that very blatantly focuses on capturing that "country accent". i know the general younger fandom doesnt seem to care about country but that sort of tone and inflection is imo way more versatile than some people realize. i think we have enough male vocals that can pass for working in those genres, but female ones not so much.

Did anyone else catch the bits of lore at the start and end of the demo, where it implies Jovie works in a lab?
i have doubts on whether or not Jovie will actually make any breakthroughs. I know Country purists are not gonna be happy with Jovie at all. In my opinion, Jovie will most likely only appeal to people who like listening to Beyonce's Cowboy Carter. There's a reason why Solaria and HXVOC are the only ES voice banks that are incredibly popular.

One Youtube Comment also pointed a few things out about Jovie based on their observations on the Demo:
1. Jovie's Country accent is weak by default and requires particular kind of tuning which the SynthV 2 AI might work against at times due to no manual mode
2. some of JOVIE's pitch excursions are so wide that notes can perceptually register as substantially sharp or flat
3. Jovie's Diphthongs are pronounced stronger than Solaria's
what this information may possible propose is that Solaria might potentially be just as good as Jovie for when you want Solaria to sing like Kacey Musgraves and whatever Country Pop music you want to make with minimal effort whereas Jovie requires more effort in tuning with her starting at a rather Generic American accent. While Jovie's default accent may not be sufficiently country-specific, some of the explicitly country-sounding passages apparently depended on phoneme editing, and some automatic runs/vibrato may require substantial correction.
Jovie is entering an already narrow intersection between vocaloid production and country music and is in a rather narrow Genre positioning compared to Solaria. Jovie is also entering a genre that doesn't have an obvious enormous pre-existing vocal-synth producer population compared to HXVOC. All of this points to making low or novelty-driven adoption a credible risk for Jovie. However, they do not establish Jovie's eventual popularity, because the finished database has not yet accumulated real-world producer usage and the technical criticisms have not yet been independently confirmed.
