Sorry for the necro but I want more cartoony silly voices like Pepper, Ryuto, and Shiki Taigen/Chibi Shiki-ji. Realistic voices are just starting to sound the same at this point.

Agree! I also wish there were more English ones, is there a single English character vocal aside from Sonika? (Having a character design alone is different, the Eclipsed Sounds banks are still professional vocalists)

It's hard to say because most English vocals with character designs are just, the VP's voice as a vocal synth (Ruby, Dex, Daina, Anri, Jun, etc.)
Maybe Eleanor Forte standard counts since they say her samples were pitched up?
