Found out that a ctrl + click sets the control parameter back to the default value (i.e. PIT to 0). So now I don't have to eyeball the pitch to reset it back to 0
Keep in mind that ctrl + drag is to turn off quantization temporarily and will take priority instead. At least, only if you are holding the mouse and moved it by a tiny bit.
