so i've been thinking it might be best for me/my mental well being to sort of unplug from things like social media for a bit at least for a few days. i've already started taking things slower on other platforms, and at least this forum isn't "problematic??" for me in any way but maybe it'll help if i unplugged here too for a short time. (also if anyone wanted to contact me i still always get emails when i get @-ed in posts/PMs so i'm not exactly unplugging from here, more just quieting down a bit.
i like to think i'd still wanna be contacted during my little hiatus lol)
basically i've just been a big mess mentally for a while and just seem to be spiralling more every day due to recent issues in my personal life. I don't know if unplugging is the right choice or if it'll leave me feeling more disconnected, but i do feel i need a break to have one less thing to stress about. hopefully about a week's break will give me time to process and sort things out!! <3
