from what I know, SEGA offices (and offices of other companies) have been closed until May 6th. let's just hope everyone stay safe
(on an interesting note, "thanks" to this situation, now in my passport I have a special page with an extraordinary issued Visa which lets me stay in Japan for how long I want, is very similar to the 2 years student visa I had some years ago when I attended japanese school in Yoyogi, near Shibuya

Emergency declared for 7 prefectures in Japan | NHK WORLD-JAPAN News
Japan's prime minister has officially declared a month-long state of emergency for Tokyo, Osaka and five other prefectures to curb the spread of infections.

The declaration covers the following prefectures: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Osaka, Hyogo and Fukuoka. It will be in place until May 6th.
The governors of these prefectures can now enact measures on their own to counter the virus.
