Minato voice reveal! She's nothing like I was expecting. I'm already in love.
She sounds kind if similar to sasara/tsudumi ai…
She sounds nice but yeah, she is really reminescent of the girls and some bit of airi... But still, it is a pretty nice voice and I like how light it sounds
Sound natural, very natural and nice.... but then that's the problem for me. It's just, too natural to stand out. No nasally voice-acting gimmick or wispy/husky gutters. Will she have emotional parameters like Sekai?. Maybe for generic ballad pop, but then that could change with her first few demos. For now, all we got was a minute teaser. They can get the right producer to bring her to the spotlight, and the right marketing strategy.
Just read this on twitter. Saw the word Cevio AI and Overwatch on the same post and had to read it up.
Tried searching on this "Haruka" and "Zira" and connecting it with Cevio, but came up with nothing. The two are owned by Microsoft.
I did some more digging and apparently Blizzard is using text-to-speech to monitor the chat. The TTS with transcribe the chats, which with then be reviewed. The whole thing is called the "Defense Matrix". The tweet does show 2 TTS software's, Microsoft and Cevio AI.
Haruka and Zira are Microsoft VB's, not Cevio. Maybe the voices are also being converted to the Cevio engine?
I have no idea if this is true cause I do not even play Overwatch, but if anyone plays the game, can they try it there?

Her design is really humble compared to the common flashy synth designs, and yet I love it. It's very simple but visually pleasing. She's cute.

Comparing this version to the voice provider's, I'm sad they seem to have pitched her up like Kafu: it makes her voice stand out a lot less from the other CeVIO options than it otherwise could have. Still hoping hard for a voice like Koko's on another engine!
mayhaps, but don't be fooled, it's just a distractor from the real message they're trying to convey:
Honestly, I think she stands out pretty well: she’s a nice middle-of-the-road vocal, somewhere between the sweetness of Sasara and the maturity of Tsudumi on higher Emotion settings and Minato. Honestly she’s easily my favorite of this company’s vocals so far! She sounds so much less… well, artificial than Kafu and Sekai, to me anyway. I know that’s part of both of the aforementioned’s appeals, but Coko seems right up my alley. Aaaaaaaah I can’t wait to hear more of her
She has an interesting tone =o However yes, it seems they pitched her up a bit.... But at least she still sounds recognizable enough
At this point I feel like Pitched-Up VTubers is kinda this company’s schtick, so it doesn’t bother me much anymore. I’m just happy she’s not another rehash 
Now that they are finally more creative liberties on the Kamitsubaki girls like Coko's fox ears. What do you think will be added on Haru? I hope they will go with adding more gimmicks like maybe wings or something bird-like? I read that it's also a pun on her name. Now I'm imagining a rapping bird.

Most interestingly there’s a tidbit regarding HARU’s development, it seems they’re intending to make her specialised in rap vocals which is a bit unprecedented in commercial vocal synths & definitely a first when it comes to Cevio AI. Makes sense since that’s one of the things Harusaruhi is known for but I’m really interested to hear how they’re gonna pull this off for her Cevio
