It sounds so much like Oktavia, I was genuinely astounded. Really really pleased with how it sounds. Wow.

The design is a lot… I think it’s probably too much. Having trouble “figuring it out” for lack of better terminology. Not the strongest synth design. Though I do like the concept of her being an alien, so that’s fun.

The acapella demos on her website are very impressive, that's gotta be the least engine noise I've heard on Voisona

I like the voice and I like the design, but I don’t think they match well.
Edit: With SELENA’s design I would expect a smoother less rough voice. There is a grittiness to Oktavia’s voice that I wouldn’t expect to hear from a character with SELENA’s design. Also she reads as a moon goddess when I look at her rather than an alien, but she is supposed to be a princess so I’m assuming a regal look was the point.

I always lament the fact that you can't get just a box for banks when you bought the digital at some prior point (like Kevin and Ryo, whose boxes I still haven't bought since I have them digitally and don't really want a second whole bank), so that version B is actually quite nice!

I'm still on the fence, since I haven't really looked into Voisona much and unfortunately I know SynthV Nyl is on the horizon. But I am really tempted to budget to buy her, maybe next month. Being an adult with bills sucks, folks :P

Forgive me if I'm interpreting this incorrectly, but the VoiSona editor is free! No other purchases are required to use SELENA outside of her voicebank.

This demo was also beautiful!! I honestly hadn't been keeping up with Voisona at all, but her first demo has been on replay in my playlist and this one was also so good. Surprise new fave??

Her logo reminds me of Meiko and Kaito's old logos but more glamorous.

So sorry for the double post mods, I didn't realize I missed a potential question here! I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying her demos so far, we have more coming out in the future. SELENA will be available in both digital and physical formats, with her physical editions being hosted on Chorical's shop page, and her digital edition being hosted on her VoiSona artist page. Right now, the physical editions are in pre-order, and the digital edition will be available on November 22nd. VoiSona's website utilizes Stripe, accepting most major credit and debit card vendors!

The voice provider is Oktavia, who would be considered a youtaite (as she uploads to YouTube primarily). She's been singing Vocaloid cover songs since 2016, and is a huge fan - and we're so glad to have worked with her to bring SELENA to life.
