The dev video made me way more excited for the English localization than I thought I’d be. It seems like they are really committed to connecting with the new generation of people that are starting to love VOCALOID all over again, and that there’s going to be some passionate people behind this project! The bandori localization struck me as somewhat of an afterthought when I saw it initially, but the trajectory for this seems different, and that’s cool.
I’m starting formal study of Japanese in uni soon (eek) so I’m guessing I’ll still be playing Project Sekai more than Colorful Stage, but I will definitely check it out.

Proseka is a great game and I hope it continues to thrive.

Question 4>What are your aspirations for 2024, and please give a message to 4Gamer readers? Proseca is celebrating its 3rd anniversary and has made a major update. In order to meet the expectations of our users, who have been playing the game for a long time, we will continue to work on new challenges for our 4th anniversary, so that we can provide even more surprises. My team has also started a new challenge. We will work diligently on game production without being distracted by anything. All team members will work together to create good works.

With controller support Sekai would go hard on the Steam Deck for sure… and perhaps even some mods to replace some of the worst NT tuning on Sekai versions

Now if Midori could consult her Sega crystal ball again & tell us something about the Diva series future……….😳

I'm curious on how the gameplay would work on PC or if cross-save would be possible... but it aligns with the rise of gacha's having PC ports (like the Atelier series)

seconding on Midori getting us Project Diva info... Megamix+ on PC is great but I miss the gameplay of Non-arcade Diva...

there is some kind of twitter drama around that "leaker", let's point something about it:
- whenever you see/read about a leak, especially on reddit and twitter, always take with a grain of salt, as it is said. most of times, those leaks are pure speculation or lucky guesses, especially without documents proving them
- if you want to have more reliable information, check reports of publications like WSJ and Nikkei, or just read the developers interviews and wait for any official information
- regarding that Persona leaker, probably knew some overseas Atlus staff (most of times, overseas Atlus office take care of english translations of most of Sega titles and "can" have some interesting information)
- with that being said, the part about Project Sekai is mostly true (there is even the website under development), but some details are inaccurate and outdated
- for the other leaks, I could say only 2-5% of those were true, other were only speculation or false information
- in this regard, I could say there are 3 kind of "leaks" in general:
1)speculation/lucky guess/partial information from some sources (some staff but not at high level)
2)marketing leaks: those do exist, sometimes companies run some "leaks" for some free marketing
3)controlled leaks: these can happen and bring trouble, and are made by higher level staff, with a mix of true and false information, to check and find out who is the person that is giving out that info.

SEGA official twitter has tweeted about the next project :miku_ani_lili: :miku_ani_lili:

also Project Sekai main staff(●'◡'●)🎈
(translated)
We will have a big announcement on next week's live broadcast. Thank you for your support.
some things about the teaser video and website:
- the website has a "secret" section, which will be unlocked after the countdown
- there are some words hidden in the image, is not easy to read them completely due to the "noise", but the sentence should be 『私の声は届かない』("My voice is not being heard" )
- it's interesting that Miku design and outfit is very different compared to Project Sekai
- the city in the image is similar to Shinjuku and Shibuya
- it's possibile it will be a big update for Project Sekai (with also PC/console version available) or a completely new project, to celebrate also Project Diva 15th Anniversary:
