打ち込み uchi-komi is when you input notes (MIDI in a DAW or Vocaloid notes), I don't know what it's called in English.
NE○DAY○ is censored with marus (circles), which it made it look like "neo da yo", so I censored it with stars to be less confusing. Maybe it means "NEW DAYS"? No one in the comments knew what it meant, possibly a collab?
This tweet is very cryptic, but it sounds like he's talking about how the new Append works in terms of tuning (being able to add a component (like DYN or something) to the notes you already inputted--VocaListener won't let you use an existing VSQ when you want to tune a VSQ (it overwrites them), so maybe Crypton's Vocaloid-esque plug-in adds tuning information to the complete untuned VSQ you currently have without having to start over).
