It sounds so much clearer, less noisy and more like Miku! I really like it actually.
It is too preliminary for us to criticize or to compliment the voicebank. We should listen to real-life tuning from vocaloid producers first.

However based on the demos, I can definitely say that the sounds from the voicebank has improved in terms of the "crispness" (especially Demo Phrase F and Demo Phrase R), but somehow it still sounds a little more "synthetic" or "unhealthy" (sounds like having a running nose or cold) compared to her vocaloid's versions (especially the growl usage of Demo Phrase M sounds not so pleasant to my ears).

Anyway, I am waiting for more (real-life) demos before making final conclusion on whether the voicebank is good or not so good.

I really like what I’ve heard of NT2 usage so far too. Miku sounds clearer and more lively compared to NT1. I like her tone a loooot more. The engine noise isn’t nearly as grating to me as it was before as well. It does sound like it’s the improvement that she needed. Excited to see how they’ll update her beyond Early Access

just as a FYI. there's no automatic updater so you have to pay attention to the mailing list and update to latest version for up to date bug testing.
that said, how to properly file bug reports with the jp devs? I don't really want to waste their time with poor or outdated reports and poor language skills that makes it harder to reproduce a issue.

Currently, there are a few real-life usages of Hatsune Miku NT 2.0

The following are the comparison demo between NT 1.0 and NT 2.0

I recommend to first check this support page (available both in japanese and english), since it is updated whenever an issue is discovered:
if your issue isn't listed in that page, then I think you can contact the support from the website (only in japanese, so you should use a translator tool writing in simple english so it translates in japanese) or maybe wait a little to see if that issue is resolved with a new patch :haiyi_lili:
for example, these are new specifications and issues listed on the page:
- [Added on Oct. 24] Since the parameter responsiveness in "Piapro Studio NT2" is adjusted for better vocal expression, you may not achieve the same results when loading project files from "Piapro Studio NT".
- [Added on Oct. 25] When both the previous "Piapro Studio NT" and the Early Access version "Piapro Studio NT2" are open simultaneously in a DAW project, saving the DAW project may result in "Piapro Studio NT2" not launching the next time the project is opened.
Sonicwire support page (select "Technical Support", login with your account and write the message to the developers):

NT2 is such a mystery to me.
i'll cave and say, i understand why people are saying the engine noise has gotten stronger in points - and given they had to rebuild from the ground up, it feels very likely we have confirmation now that crypton... def struggles with some of the engine-making aspects!
funnily enough though, after listening to a number of tests with and without a mix, i still believe this update has more pros than cons personally (it's just that the cons are... kinda completely different cons from NT1?)

it's all really hard to explain, but from hearing her IN the mix with instrumental and fx etc, i feel as if a lot of the blemishes/engine quirks can be hid a lot easier, and what you're left with is something that sounds adjacent to miku V2 but with a bunch of new options and (subjectively) easier to use.

i think the fact that this update introduces new issues at all might be reason to turn people away ("they've had so much time to get, like, most of this sounding/working better"), but i still truly feel that NT2 is a better product - if THIS was what we got instead of the very first NT beta, i think people would've warmed to it much better, but sadly that's not the case OTL.
NT seems like it's going to be a very long term project, though, if they're going the way of making iterations like this but releasing them for free. i feel as if there's something different about the way they're handling it, over say how most other synth releases/updates are.
maybe not for everyone, but i'd say i have more hope in the future of CV.

Btw, I just found out so I'm sharing, it seems like crypton silently added back the Miku V3 bundle to sonicwire !
初音ミク V3 (incl. English)

For a long time only light and vivid were available on sonicwire but we can finally buy the full v3 bundle digitally ! I've waited for it since 2021
I think they added it back along with the rest of the packaging changes from a while back
