i want to try more to aim for the og singer's pronunciation and yi xi's rap intended sounds kinda work well here for that
i got yi xi and i really like here. honestly there is something about the rap intended vocals i like a lot. their enunciation is unique, and it makes for some interesting sounds. while it may not be perfect for all situations, i really like hearing something that is no the strict norm for most voice banks. (and i am saying this from an english perspective, and how she speaks english. but even ricky sounds unique in the same sorta ways)
i feel like there must be a guide somewhere but i cant really find one. how do you buy digital banks from dreamtonics on taobao? i always get confused bc it seems like every time i see it asking for info related to physical shipping
its always so interesting how many people just use v flower still. ci flower twitter reposts a number of songs and i barely see songs using ci flower, rting this on their own account. and yes, of course, v flower had massive popularity and ci flower is new. but the hope i think a company would have is that the *new* one with better technology would gain popularity as well.
i wanted to calculate how many vocsynth covers i have done and based off my soundcloud accounts+new youtube (as most of my main YT covers were ones already on SC) and accounting for a number of unposted ones... it seems i have likely made 400~ voc synth covers at least lol

man, whoever is running the crunchyroll miku expo stuff was doing it horrible. it was supposed to be 8am pst, but then wake up and it was 7am but also, it wasnt. they then said it was 12pm. and then finally say it is 10am. luckily i was up so i knew, but wtf. they deleted their posts multiple times when ppl had asked for clarification. i think they reposted 3 times. that is to say the tickets were bought so fast on presale i didnt get any and resale costs i know will be insane. its ok, i saw miku expo in the past. and honestly the poor management has left me sour this year. id much rather see miku next by making plans for magical mirai
actually quite annoyed to find the LA announcement today for miku expo... the tickets were SO expensive for san jose, so much more than before, and everything abt it for me was getting stressful-- having unsure plans about how to get there, and having to stay overnight, and if things went wrong id have to fly (even more expensive. and i only live in socal so it felt so wasteful). since i have seen miku before its not like i needed to, but i had some friends going for the first time so it would have been cool to see them. even if i dont get LA ones i will cancel san jose anyways, as nice as it would be to go to the first live show again after so many years.

im glad i reached age 25 so i am no longer (usually) included in the vague label of "young 20s" age some people refer to condescendingly. i am right in the middle. slowly passing the line to "late 20s"
you know it would be nice if synth v would say "do you want to save before exiting" when you click close and havent saved yet. instead its just "discard" or "cancel". do you know how many times i almost hit discard
i have wanted to do a duet with a new vocsynth and vocaloid 1, and im working on Patches with Soaros and Lola (very wip, i havent done any tweaks to either aside from making sure the lyrics are right)
