The voice has a bit of aggressiveness to it? And I don't mean that in a negative sense, she sounds really motivated/pumped, or maybe a bit more tomboyish than I expected. I think it sounds great.
I LOVE her! I'm really happy they didn't go the cutesy moe route with her! We need more voicebanks with this kind of edge!! 
I wonder what her angry voice would sound like since her normal speaking voice is pretty aggressive.
And just a month ago we figured she'd be a cutesy, run-of-the-mill kind of vocal. First Rikka, then Maki, possibly Solaris, and now Rosa: we're being blessed with some amazing projects!
Her voice is Cute but not Cute, ya feel? I really like how her voice provider sounds. She's got spunk.
I'm glad to hear that she's not overly cutesy! We already got enough of those voices, and its nice to see more variety!
She's cute, but not in the moe little girl way, more like a normal 14 year old.

So pledging for the 30,000 yen tier (roughly $275 USD) will get you some goods, including chibi (they're called "deformed" in Japan) merch. One of these is an actual plush of Rosa. It also comes with a chibi/deformed Cul keychain (no plush unfortunately). I'm assuming these images are what the actual products will look like/have:
She needs more love! I mean, although we're not almost there in the campaign she still needs more love
I'm kinda worried about ROSA. Her crowdfund isn't even at 50%, and she has like 5 days to get fully funded. Remember, GREENFUNDING is all or nothing, so if she doesn't get funded all the money is refunded. I wanna see her exist (mainly for the future Synthesizer V AI banks), so I don't know what to do, since I already spent money in SOLARIS.
I feel you. I really want another synth v ai. I hope she gets her money, I wonder what is causing her to have slower funding than most japanese crowd funding projects.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think what I said on Twitter sums it up.
Again, I really hope for ROSA's success. Shirayuki's voice is unique, and the way she voices ROSA is super cool!
The amount of crowdfunding campaigns coming out around the same time as each other reminds me of the V3 era, when it felt like a new Vocaloid VB was dropping every month with poor promotion. Truth be told, I thought Solaris was extremely lucky to meet her crowdfunding goals, and it's disappointing to see Rosa struggling considering everyone is down for new SynthV banks.
